Lens: Canon EF 70-200mm f/2.8L IS USM + Canon 77mm 500D Close-up Lens on full frame.
Light: Simple setup with the Elinchrom ELC 1000 through a Deep Octa with silver deflector from the front-top-side, which creates the ultra high metallic contrast in her face. I measured the light with the Sekonic L-758DR.
Postprocessing: Some local adjustment curves, some local cloning.
